I’m a former college basketball player who’s taken that same competitive mindset into the World of Business — from Energy and Real Estate to Business Development and Sales.
After earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in San Antonio TX, I began my career at Valero Energy, where I developed a foundation in understanding supply operations, market analysis, and commercial strategy. I collaborated cross-functionally with internal teams to forecast demand, analyze market trends, and produce performance reports that helped identify new growth opportunities within the oil & gas markets.
Next, I made my transition into Real Estate, where I helped manage multi-million dollar portfolios and sourced high-performing single-family rental properties that met specific investment criteria — including IRRs, cap rates, and tight buy-box requirements. Crafting tailored acquisition strategies required sharp negotiation skills, which played a key role in scaling investor success and building long-term partnerships.
Most recently, I’ve served as a Business Development and Sales Account Manager in the Paint Industry, where I’ve focused on growing client relationships and driving revenue. Sales has become a strong fit for my skill set — I enjoy building trust, solving real problems, and closing deals that deliver real value.
For me, it’s always been about people. Whether it’s meeting new clients or working with familiar faces, I take pride in creating real connections and delivering with accuracy, integrity, and purpose. I’m excited to be part of ASP HVAC’s continued growth — and to help ensure every customer walks away with a great experience.
Outside of work, I’m all about FAMILY. My wife and I have three awesome kids (Triston, Layla & Troy) and we love to travel. If I’m not with them, you can probably find me fishing, hunting, golfing, watching football, or sneaking in a game of basketball when I can. Over the years, I’ve worn a few hats — analyst, investor, sales guy, and coach (to my kids, mostly) — but at the end of the day, I just love solving problems, building relationships, and finding that perfect fishing spot!
