TED PARKER

Ted has worked in the construction business his entire career. He started as a carpenter for a single-family residential builder in Albuquerque, NM. Ted progressed rapidly, and became a Project Manager, in charge of both construction and sales for two different tract builders, and then moved into multifamily construction, both as a Superintendent and Project Manager.

Ted moved to Texas and went into the construction sub-contracting business. He ran a successful business which he sold in 1990. In the early ’90’s he began his career with a small manufacturer in the plumbing and HVAC business. He started as a Regional Sales Manager, then became National Sales Manager. Ted moved on to work for a large rubber pipe insulation business, where he was the HVAC Sales Manager.

In 2006, Ted went to work for a plumbing manufacturer’s representative, where he started and ran the company’s new HVAC division. Ted put together a great team, which was extremely successful developing and growing the HVAC business in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas and New Mexico.

Ted has been married to his best friend Patricia for over 35 years. They have three sons, who are all successful in their own lives. They are lucky enough to have 7 grandkids, and they get to see them many weekends. Ted is now very excited to be a principal in this venture. He firmly believes that relationships drive profitable sales and feels blessed to call on and work with his friends in all areas of the HVAC sales channel.
